The Iron fryling is a monster that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest VII.
It is a young ice-breathing dragon with metal plating protecting its body.
Characteristics[edit]
Fierce flying Dragons known for darting and flitting about the battlefield, despite their dense metallic hides and their massive metal wings. Whilst their dive bomb attacks and ice-cold breath are to be feared, they're not beyond calling in their beastly brethren to assist in battle, or even fleeing from a fight if the odds are stacked against them.
