The bad apple is a frightful fruit boasting ferocious fangs and a seriously sour attitude. It is a rather rare monster, currently having only appeared in V, the 3DS remake of VII, and the first two Monsters games.

Known in this game as Gulpples, Bad Apples can be found in the Ice World, close to the initial GreatLog portal location. They often appear alongside Beast Knights and Wing Slimes, and can learn the skills NapAttack, HighJump, and SleepAir.
