Strong antidote is an intermediate healing item in the Dragon Quest series. It combines the effects of an antidotal herb and a medicinal herb, curing the effects of poison from a single party member and restoring a small amount of their HP. In games where Alchemy appears, it can be created by mixing one of each herb together and can even be improved further into a special antidote. It can also be purchased from some shops later in the games and dropped by monsters, as well.

The strong antidote can be created with the Krak Pot in the same way as before, but the amount of HP it restores increases to 40~60. It can be purchased from Gleeba, Wormwood Creek, and Upover for 38 gold each.
