Introduced in Dragon Quest VIII, it's a sentient, rusty anchor.
Characteristics
Foul anchors are animated anchor monsters that have risen up from the depths of the ocean. Their body consists in a rusted blue bronze anchor, with two yellow eyes in one of the sides of it, and a rusted chain that it uses to attack the player.
