The conqueror's axe is a recurring weapon in the series, and among the strongest axes in each game it appears in. Seemingly grown from bone than molded from metal, the blade features a sinister grin.

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King[edit]
The axe was misspelled in its debut as the conquerer's axe. Regardless, it is a weapon for Yangus with an attack bonus of +103 and is found hidden away in the lower section of the isolated hilltop near Rydon's Tower.
