Dragon Quest Walk
The coffer of death was added to the game on February 26th, 2021 as an event monster.
Etymology
- A coffer is a synonym for chest, and was used for its similarity to the words _coffin_ and _cough_.
- The Japanese name is a bilingual pun, as _gift_ is the German word for poison as well as the English word for present.
