The nail blighter (formerly NailMan) is a monster introduced in Dragon Quest VII. It can be found in the Temple Palace in the past, the Likeness of the Great Evil in the past, inside the Time Frame, the Wetlock region in the past, and the Mountaintop Tunnel in the past.
Characteristics
Nail blighters are bipedal anthropomorphic reptilian or fish-like monsters with red spotted skin and purple fins on its back. True to their name, their most distinguish feature are the incredibly long yellow nails on their hands, which they use to rip into foes.
