Natural born quiller
The Natural born quiller is a recurring monster in the series, first introduced in Dragon Quest VII. It can be found in the Nottagen region in the past and the Falls Hollow. It is also one of the forms that the Mega egger will become when hatched. Its name is a pun based on the term "natural born killer".
