The Fur poncho is a recurring piece of clothing in the Dragon Quest series. It is a thick fur garment that protects the wearer against fire & ice attacks.

The fur poncho has a defence bonus of +29 and reduces damage taken from fire and ice attacks by 20. Only Yangus can wear it. It can be made in the Alchemy Pot or one can be found in a dresser in Empycchu. It can be sold for 1100 Gold.
