Rubiss is an elemental spirit which aides the heroes of Dragon Quest.
Dragon Quest II
Rubiss is located on a small island shrine south of Midenhall. She provides the heroes with the Rubiss Charm in reward for collecting the 5 Crests. Only once the heroes possess all 5 crests will she make an appearance.
Dragon Quest III
Rubiss is held prisoner on the top floor of the Tower West of Kol. The heroes must use the Fairy Flute in front of the statue there in order to free her.
