The Nightcrawler (formerly CentBeast) is a bug monster introduced in Dragon Quest VII. It can be found in the Ballymolloy area, the Rainbow Mines and the Tower.
Characteristics
Nightcrawlers are large caterpillars with orange bodies covered in blue spikes. The tops of their heads and the spikes surrounding their face are purple, and they have light green mandibles. They attack by rolling their bodies up into a circle and leaping at their foes.
