The Hell sabre is a recurring weapon in the Dragon Quest franchise.
Appearances
Dragon Quest V
The hell sabre has an attack bonus of +120. However, this infernal blade can only be wielded by Barbatos, Dwight, Golem, Killing Machine, Magic marionette, Mudraker, Revaulting Horse, Rockbomb, Starkers, Walking Corpse, Wax Murderer. It's found in Estark's Labyrinth and is dropped by the barbatos at a rate of 1/64.
Dragon Quest VIII
The hell sabre has an attack bonus of +99 and can be sold for 7,300 Gold Coins. It can only be wielded by Angelo and is found in the Troll Maze.
Dragon Quest XI
The hell sabre is Erik' strongest one-handed sword, and has a base attack of +155.
