They believe that life is short, so we might as well have fun.Poppet (プクリポ Pukulipo) is a race that can be chosen for the player's character in Dragon Quest X. Unlike the other races in the game, which are taken from real world mythology, the Poppets are a wholly original race. Prior to the version 3.2 update, poppets boasted the highest MP and Magical Might of all races, as well as a 20% resistance to light attacks.
After starting out as a Human, the player may become this race or any of the other four races, including Elf, Dwarf, Ogre or Wetling.
