The Poseidon is a recurrent monster in the Monsters subseries and was introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters 2.
Characteristics
The Poseidon is a giant acuatic monster with the name of the greek marine god and an oriental aquatic beast appearance. Its body is like a mix between a monstrous frog with a sea dragon. It has aqua green skin, and its body is covered with aqua blue scales. Its head is full of protuberances and has lips and a pair of eyebrows made of aqua blue skin.
