The Metal wing boomerang is a Boomerang in the Dragon Quest series. It is the most powerful boomerang in it's debut, and a top-tier weapon in all subsequent appearances.
In addition to it's high damage output, it is capable of dealing at least 1 damage to Metal slimes, meaning it can chip away at entire groups of the globs at once.

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King
The Metal wing boomerang has an Attack bonus of +90 (+70 in the Japanese version) and can be equipped by the Hero and Morrie. It damages all enemies in battle, like all Boomerangs, and is guaranteed to inflict 1-2 damage on Metal slimes.
