The Sweaty yeti is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first introduced in Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen. It is a desert-dwelling counterpart to the more common Powie yowie, and as such sports dust-stained fur. However, their departure from their former cold habits makes them weak to ice.

Trivia
In the official art of the creature, it is interesting to note that there is no tongue hanging out, like its palette swap brethren. This likely to reflect it's habitat and to avoid unnecessary dehydration. However, in newer official art, the monster's tongue is hanging out.
