The Life bracer is a recurring accessory in the Dragon Quest series that gives a boost to the wearer's Defence and max HP.
Characteristics[edit]
The life bracer is golden and made in the shape of a pair of angel's wings, featuring a large pink heart-shaped gemstone. Although an accessory with the same name and design appeared in IX, it restored the wearer's HP rather than increased their max HP.

The Life bracer has a Defence bonus of +5, a max HP bonus of +30, and can be equipped by all characters. It can be made in the Alchemy Pot or dropped rarely by Dark devildogs.
