The Lesionnaire is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest V. It is a spear-wielding warrior whose body has rotted away in its heavy armour.
Characteristics[edit]
Deadly undead dressed in green armour that's almost as unsightly of a gangrene green as their decaying slimy skin. The speed of their spear thrusts has to be seen to be believed, betraying their crippled and creepy appearance. Their magic is also something to be feared, as they can cast Kasap to drop the defence of all adventurers in a single swoop. The tips of their spears are laced with vile toxins, being capable of inflicting poison or other harmful status effects on their opponents.
