The Rotwyrm is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest VII. It is a powerful undead dragon with a putrefying body.

Characteristics

Raging, rotting zombie dragons with sickly green scales that still pose a serious threat as shuffling corpses, even with ragged ripped wings and bones exposed to the elements. Their bloated bellies are still capable of building a fire hot enough to melt metal, which they belch all over their enemies.
