Waspion

From Dragon Quest Wiki

The wapsion is a insect monster with scorpion and wasp features. It is more brightly colored than its pallet swaps, and thankfully does not paralyze party members with its stings. It does call for help, however, and can overwhelm inexperienced players just starting out on their adventures. The monster has had a drastic change in color since its reappearance in Battle Road II Legend, becoming yellow with blue stripes.
