The Staff of Resurrection, also known as the Vivify Wand or Vivify Staff, is a weapon in the Dragon Quest franchise. It casts Zing when used as a tool in battle.
Appearances
Dragon Quest III
The staff of resurrection has an attack bonus of +33. It can only be equipped by Priests and Sages and is acquired as a prize for turning in 90 mini medals to the collector in Aliahan. The staff of resurrection only appears in remake versions of the game.
Dragon Quest V
It has an attack bonus of +66. Can be purchased as a casino prize for 45,000 tokens, and later can be bought in Precaria for 45,000 gold.
Dragon Quest VI
It has an attack bonus of +66 and style bonus of +. Can be purchased at the item shop in Reaper's Peak for 45,000 and occasionally found by fighting a Demon steward.
Dragon Quest VII
The staff of resurrection has an attack bonus of +66 and a style bonus of +38. It can only be equipped by Maribel and Sir Mervyn.
