The Electric needler is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest XI.
It is a powerful variant of the Needler with an affinity for lightning.
Characteristics[edit]
Electric needlers are tiny Humanoid creatures with light purple skin and yellow-colored fluff balls on their bodies. They wear white grass skirts with white shoes and a leather mask with eyes shaped like buttons. On top of their heads, they have a pair of fluff balls poking out of their masks and fluff on their face in the shape of a beard. Despite their diminutive appearances, these needlers are a force to be reckoned with compared to their weaker counterparts. They use their sharp golden needles they carry as makeshift lances or as lightning rods to call down thunderbolts.
