Galumph can be a wake-up call in difficulty for those who have been slacking in leveling up their party. It can attack twice in one turn and unleash devastating ice breath attacks. [[Woolly Blanket]] or [[Insulatle]] is essential in reducing the damage, as well as armour that protects against cold. Spells other than [[Sizz]] and [[Bang]] work well against it and [[Sap]] is highly recommended since it has no resistance against it. [[Wing-Clipper]] and [[Flying Knee]] will also be very helpful against Galumph since it is a flying enemy.

The Galumph is a monster and boss that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest VII. It is a bizarre, pink-skinned flying beast with three pairs of wings on its back.

Characteristics[edit]

A tyrannical six-winged hippopotamus-like beast with reptilian features that terrorizes the tops of towers with blasts of bone breaking cold breath. Though powerful, they are slow witted and struggle to deal with quick strikes.
