The Wrangler's Gauntlet is a battle challenge in Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World. Described as a roguelike mode, it pits the player against 50 random opponents in a row. Similar to modes found in some Pokémon entries, the player rents a team of monsters from Scruffy rather than using a team trained in the main game.
Points earned in this mode can be spent at Fizzy's Gauntlet Goods shop on items such as monster eggs.
