==Strategies==
Best way to beat him: a paladin tank, he has no breath attacks and his magic is not great. Multithrust will not deal to great a damage to your paladin if he/she is done with virtue. ( especially if they are done with courage as well as virtue. ) This guy should be no problem BUT you will need the shield scroll for the paladin tactic. ( auto-blocks criticals )
 
Another excellent strategy is to have your priest cast [[Rotstopper]]. This will seriously decrease damage done to your party, which can save your weaker party members from being killed by a critical hit. Just be sure to re-cast it after every Disruptive Wave.

Sir Sanguinus is a boss in Dragon Quest IX, found in mid-level grottos. He is a red variant of the Wight Knight.

Characteristics[edit]

Sir Sanguinus is a skeleton knight dressed in red armor astride a horse. He wears a horned helmet and a tattered white cape. He is armed with a crimson steel lance. The horse he rides is brown with a grey mane and is donning copper colored armor.
