The Trauminator is a recurring boss monster in the Dragon Quest series, being a huge mechanical robot that is bent on exterminating everything that moves.

It is a boss in Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies at the end of low - medium level treasure map Grottos.
