Attacking Impulse is a monster trait which amps up offensive power when on the back-heel.

Attacking Impulse raises a monster's damage output by 25% when it's HP is less than half. All types of damage output are increased, whether it be breath attacks, magic, etc, but the damage limit of 999 still applies.
