This article is about the region, for the town see Angel Falls.

Angel Falls is a region in Dragon Quest IX.

It is named for the nearby town of the same name. The region contains several notable landmarks including: Slime Hill, The Hexagon, and the crash site of the Starflight Express.

Synopsis[edit]

The Angel Falls region is featured heavily in the early part of the game along with the town of the same name. There are several specific locations of note.

The Hexagon[edit]

The Hexagon is the first dungeon visited in the game. It used to serve as a passageway between Stornway and Angel Falls. However, it has now fallen into disrepair. The Hero must enter it and rescue Patty.

Mountain pass[edit]

The Mountain Pass area of the region features a rock slide during the early portion of the game. The Hero and Ivor visit this area and talk to the Stornway soldiers behind the rock wall. This is also the location of the Starflight Express after it crashed.
