The Frostburn is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series.
Characteristics
Introduced in Dragon Quest II, it is a blue, icy variant of the Dancing flame. Like the dancing flames' power over fire, the frostburns' power over ice is great. Additionally, and unfortunately, they are normally adept at instant-death magic, making them a considerable threat when encountered as a group.
