Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince[edit]
Castercutter cuts the MP cost of an ability to 3/4ths, rounded up. It is not naturally learned by any monster, but can be obtained by equipping either the ancient ankh or witch's brooch accessories, which are dropped by graven idols and togres respectively.
