The Timeshear is a powerful knife that has thus far appeared only in the eleventh game in the Dragon Quest series. The blade can cut through the fabric of time & space, freezing the target in place for a turn.

The Timeshear is Erik's exclusive penultimate dagger, as Sylvando gets El Stupendo instead. Both are inferior to the Dynamo dagger in terms of attack power, but offer distinct and useful special effects in exchange.
