Fullheal, originally known as Healall, is a recurring spell in the Dragon Quest Series. Introduced in Dragon Quest II, it restores all HP to an ally.

Fullheal makes its debut in Dragon Quest II. It is learned by the Princess of Moonbrooke at level 15.
Dragon Quest III
Dragon Quest IV
Fullheal is learned by both the Hero & Kiryl at level 27, by Meena at level 26, and is already known by Psaro upon joining.
