The Hardy hand is a silvery counterpart of the Muddy hand monster, which has preserved its putrefaction for posterity in a liquid metal coating. Debuting in the Game Boy Color port of Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation, it is one of the few bonus monsters from that version of the game to be added to later titles.
