The Paternoggin is one of the several island that Erik and Mia explore in Dragon Quest Treasures.

The Paternoggin is the colossal, calcified cranium of a truly massive dragon. It is split between the Snouterhorn, a mountainous region full of green valleys and ancient ruins, and the long lost Forsaken Station that contains large caverns, deep ravines, and immense foliage.
