Hardy hand

From Dragon Quest Wiki

The hardy hand is a silvery counterpart of the muddy hand monster, which has preserved its putrefaction for posterity in a liquid metal coating.

Debuting in the Game Boy Color port of Dragon Quest III, it is one of the few bonus Monsters from that version of the game to be added to later titles.
