Wyrmwood

Wyrmwood is a recurring item in the Dragon Quest series. It is a sturdy piece of lumber as tough as a dragon's scales that is used as a crafting ingredient. Its name is a play on wormwood, a plant known for its intensely bitter taste.

Wyrmwood can be picked up from sparkly spots at Gallopolis - Whale Way Station, Laguna di Gondolia - Whale Way Station, Zwaardsrust - Whale Way Station, Insula Centralis*, and the First Forest - Whale Way Station. It can also be dropped by Bongo bangos and their malicious counterparts, as well as Stout trolls. It can be sold for 160 gold.
