Unhealthy Advantage increases the damage output of all abilities proportionately to HP loss, doubling when the possessor has a single HP left. Unhealthy Advantage is learned by the following giant monsters:

- Feral slime

- Jasper Unbound

- Marrow escapee
- Odd cob

The sole exception is the humble slick slime, which may develop the trait at any size.
