Prince's pea coat

The prince's pea coat is a robe introduced in Dragon Quest IX as the male counterpart to the princess's robe. It protects the wearer against magical attacks and can be upgraded twice using Alchemy, becoming the king's coat and emperor's attire.

The recipe book Classy Clobber for Kingly Kids contains the recipe for the prince's pea coat. It can be found in an underground chamber in the Zwaardsrust Region behind a red locked door that requires the magic key.
