The Rhinoceraxe is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, introduced in Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen.
It is, as the name implies, a bipedal rhinoceros wielding a large axe and wearing red armor.
Characteristics[edit]
Rhinoceraxes are anthropomorphic rhinoceroses that wield large, two-handed battle axes in battle. Naturally, they have grey skin and have a pair of large horns on their heads. They wear a breastplate with pauldrons attached, a helmet that allows their eyes to poke out, trunks, and a pair of boots all colored red. The ungulate warriors supplement their axe-wielding with support magic, as well.
