Effect Deals ice elemental damage when attacking.

The Avalanche axe is a recurring axe in the Dragon Quest series. It is the upgraded version of the Ice axe, being a powerful weapon infused with the might of winter.

The axe is made of a blue metal, with the axe head in the shape of a huge snowflake. When the axe reappeared in XI, the axe's colour changed from an icy blue to snow white.
