The frou-frou is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series that was introduced in Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King.
Characteristics[edit]
A beloved pet of Rhapthorne, the frou-frou is a gluttonous lizard that swings its weight around to attack adversaries.

Reappearing from 2.1 onwards, it has strengthened considerably, now swinging its tail, scream a Total War Cry, and breathe a Blessed Breath when enraged.
