A Gem jamboree is a type of monster found in grottoes in Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies.
Characteristics[edit]
A Gem jamboree is simply an organized stack of three different Slimes: all being very similar shiny colours, showing just how much they're worth if defeated. Given that they are three Slimes working together, they are fairly formidable when first confronted and especially exceed the sum of their parts, but are prone to fleeing, taking all of their gold with them.
