This article is about the monster. For the recruitable party member, see Feralball (Recruit).

"Fuzzz..."

—Feralball, in Reaper's Peak (DS, cell phone)

The Feralball is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series that was introduced in Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation.

Characteristics

Feralballs is a three-eyed, neon green-furred mammal of small stature, with two antennae that terminate in red puffballs. Their fur gives it the appearance of being covered in moss or grass. It attacks by rolling itself into a ball and tackling the enemy. They are the second-weakest monster after Mottle slimes, and as such hardly pose a threat to even the most green adventurer. In the Super Famicom version of VI, they are one of the easiest monsters to recruit after battle.
