The Massacre sword is a recurring sword in the Dragon Quest series. Despite being very powerful, it is a Cursed weapon that reduces the wielder's Defence to 0. Depending on the game, it is either able to cast Kasap when used as a tool in battle or has the ability to target all enemies when attacking.
Characteristics[edit]
The sword is made from a bluish-grey metal and has jagged edges all over. The crossguard is decorated with a sinister-looking skull and there are jewels on both the edge and the hilt.

It is a cursed piece of equipment that reduces the wearer's Defence to 0.
