The Pogoin' penguin is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, introduced in Dragon Quest VII.
It is a peculiar penguin monster that hops back and forth on its feet.
Characteristics[edit]
Popping purple penguins that are constantly hot footing it into battle, unable to stay still for a single second, hopping from one foot to another.
