Dwarf, human, and Ogre Wranglers in Dragon Quest X

The Monster Wrangler (まもの使い, Mamono Tsukai) is a powerhouse vocation that relies brute strength in battle and makes up for its shortcoming by making allies of monsters defeated in battle.

Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake[edit]

The Monster Wrangler was included in the second remake of the third game in the series, utilizing the design seen in X. Their stats and equipment pool are unknown, but they have been shown to use a mixture of monster abilities and healing in preview footage.
