Dragon Quest Tact
Stellarang is a skill that can be learned by Starry Knight Ashlynn at level 54 and costs 106 MP to use. It deals 150% potency Crack-type physical damage and then 150% potency Sizz-type physical damage to all enemies in a large fan-shaped in front of her. Upgrading the skill increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
