The iron helmet has a defence bonus of +16. They can be bought for 1,100 gold in Mintos, Stancia, Rosehill, and Riverton. They can also be sold for 825 gold. The Hero, Kiryl, Torneko, Ragnar, and Psaro can equip them.

Dragon Quest V

The iron helmet has a defence bonus of +16. They can be bought for 1,100 gold and sold for 825 gold. All male human allies can equip them, along with many monster allies.
