The Elfin charm is a recurring accessory in the Dragon Quest series that first appeared in Dragon Quest V. This medallion, blessed with elfin magic, protects the wearer against Snooze, Fuddle, Fizzle, and Whack by reducing the spells' accuracy by 75%. In later games, it also increases resistance against MP-draining effects and being stunned.

The Elfin charm reduces the chance of Snooze, Fuddle, Fizzle, and Whack being effective by 75% and can be equipped by all characters and all monster companions. It can be purchased in Precaria for 3,000 gold and sold for 1,500 gold. One can be found in the Mantleplace.
