The iron claw is a recurring weapon in the Dragon Quest franchise, being one of the most commonly appearing set of talons. It is a mid-level weapon and is often one of the first weapons that martial artists can use exclusively.

The iron claw has an attack bonus of +25 and can only be equipped by Martial Artists. It can be purchased at Khoryv for 870 gold.

Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen

The iron claw has an attack bonus of +38 and can only be wielded by Alena and Psaro. It can be bought for 1,500 gold in Endor and sold for 1,125 gold.

Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride

One can be found in the Automaton Stronghold in the present. Iron claws can also be won as prizes from the Lucky Panel at the Casino near Pilgrim's Rest.
